Patent Litigation Associate
Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a patent litigation associate who is enthusiastic about working with cutting‑edge technology and supporting some of the world’s most prominent technology companies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, enabling them to engage comfortably with engineers and developers, as well as substantive patent litigation experience, including:
Managing key case phases such as drafting and responding to contentions
Conducting written and oral fact and expert discovery
Interacting with high‑profile clients in the technology sector
This role offers meaningful partner and client visibility, as well as exposure to complex, high‑value matters that arise within a globally integrated firm environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Mid‑to senior‑level associate with 3+ years of patent litigation experience
Undergraduate degree in engineering, applied physics, mathematics, computer science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school
U.S. Bar membership required
Position is based in the San Francisco office, hybrid 4 days in the office and 1 WFH per week, Wednesdays are required anchor days.

Expected base salary range: $260,000–$390,000, depending on experience and qualifications
