In this role, you will be required to achieve sales targets, build brand relationships with Beauty Advisors through product education and reinforcing brand-centric techniques, while exhibiting selling behaviors that are aligned with retailer’s best practices.RESPONSIBILITIES:Establish and maintain strong brand presence, while building professional relationships with store partners at all levels.Execute in-store events to drive brand initiatives within respective retailer.Conduct in-store training with Beauty Advisors for Sephora in line with brand and retailer expectations.Serve as face of brand in all aspects of business, including but not limited to recruitment of new clients, demonstrating brand technique, promoting brand initiatives at a store level, initiating brand partnerships in store to represent cross-world selling.Authentically represent a non-biased, inclusive approach to all.Proactively communicate brand building and sales promoting opportunities with supervisor to align on strengthening brand positioning with key retail partners.Effectively manage schedule, travel and budgets to effectively support territory needs, while evaluating call cycle evolution.Maintain open lines of communication, both written and verbal to ensure strong awareness of brand and retailer needs.Respect exclusivity to brand by not representing another brand that may directly compete with Fable & Mane in the Hair Care Category within any retailer.QUALIFICATIONS:3-5 years of beauty industry experience requiredWorking knowledge of in-store retail environmentAbility to meet and exceed selling expectationsStrong written and communication skills requiredMust be able to motivate others and work as part of a teamMust be able to travel within the territoryHours of work must be flexible to meet job objectives
