Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Agent based in Jacksonville, FL. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, offering tailored insurance solutions, processing applications, and maintaining client records. The role also involves working closely with team members to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Experience in insurance sales, customer service, and client relationship managementStrong knowledge of insurance products and industry regulationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in using sales and customer management softwareSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independentlyHigh school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plusState insurance license is requiredPrior sales experience in the insurance industry is preferred
