Program Manager

Overview We are seeking a hands-on Program Manager with a strong engineering and field execution background to lead capital and facility upgrade projects. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of construction programs Act as the primary liaison between clients, engineering teams, vendors, and onsite personnel Drive project schedules, budgets, and resource planning across all phases Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope Coordinate closely with field teams to resolve technical and operational challenges in real time Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards Required Qualifications 3+ years of program or project management experience in a related technical environment Prior onsite/field experience (must have hands-on project exposure; not solely a remote PM background) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar required; PMP or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred Demonstrated experience in manufacturing, operations, or vendor management environments Pay: From $50.00 per hour Work Location: In person
