A Series A digital health startup - is partnering with our team to identify a highly driven, relationship-focused Field Sales Representative to support growth across a defined territory. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, connecting with clinical partners, and contributing to improved patient care outcomes.This is a true Field Sales role where you will be traveling about 70% of your week! Location - Dallas & Houston TX or Orange County, CAWhat You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll act as the primary point of contact within your region, working closely with healthcare providers and clinic teams to increase awareness and adoption of a specialized care program. Your efforts will directly support patient access through referral development and ongoing engagement.Core ResponsibilitiesEstablish and nurture partnerships with physicians, care teams, and practice leadershipLead in-person visits, presentations, and educational sessions with provider groups Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient onboarding experienceMaintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline activity, and results using CRM toolsIdentify new growth opportunities across both existing and prospective accountsParticipate in industry events, local outreach initiatives, and networking opportunitiesReconnect with previously engaged providers to rebuild referral activityWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree required; healthcare or clinical exposure is a plus2–5+ years of experience in healthcare-related sales (e.g., medical device, pharma, services)Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targetsStrong network within provider offices, health systems, or payer organizations preferredConfident communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skillsSelf-directed, organized, and comfortable managing a geographic territory independentlyThis is a chance to join an early-stage company at a pivotal growth moment—perfect for a hungry, results-driven sales professional who thrives on building from the ground up and wants to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.Please also feel free to email your application to jillian.pepe@talentinternational.com.
