Use AI tools like they're meant to be used.We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer for an active client supporting mission-critical software across web, mobile, cloud, and backend platforms in the defense/manufacturing space. This isn't a maintenance gig — you'll be dropped into a backlog of real, in-flight projects and trusted to own them end to end.What you'll work on:Data acquisition platform (React, Rust, Go, PostgreSQL)Mobile field service app + admin portal (.NET MAUI, React, Node.js)Secure WebRTC remote support platform (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL)Radio configuration management platform (Python, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL)Internal AI/chat platform (React, Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL)Robotics simulation and control platform (React, Python) — as priorities allowWhat makes this role different:You'll use AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar) daily to move faster — this is expected, not optional.High autonomy, low bureaucracy.
