A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.Opportunity:/nRN - ICU Adult/n/nJob Details:/n• Provide critical care for patients with heart attacks, strokes, shock, severe trauma, respiratory distress, and other severe medical conditions/n• Assess patient conditions and plan and implement comprehensive patient care plans/n• Treat wounds and provide advanced life support interventions/n• Assist physicians in performing various medical procedures/n• Monitor and record patient vital signs continuously/n• Ensure proper functioning of ventilators, monitors, and other critical medical equipment/n• Adjust ventilator settings and IABP as needed/n• Administer intravenous fluids and medications according to protocols/n• Perform suctioning procedures as required/n• Collaborate effectively with critical care team members/n• Respond to life-saving emergency situations using established nursing standards and protocols/n• Act as patient advocate throughout care delivery/n• Provide education and emotional support to patient families/n• Care for pre- and post-operative patients when assigned/n• May occasionally care for pediatric and adolescent patients as facility does not have dedicated pediatrics unit/n• May be required to float between Lander and Riverton campuses based on facility census needs/n• Must have 2 years recent ICU RN experience in hospital setting/n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS/ENPC (must be American Heart Association certified)/n• TNCC certification preferred but not required/n• Must hold Wyoming RN license or multi-state RN license/n/nFacility:/nThis healthcare organization operates multiple campuses providing comprehensive medical services to the community.
