Build and maintainstrong customer relationships , fostering trust and long-term loyalty.Parts Sourcing & DistributionCoordinate and fulfilldaily parts orders & drop shipments , ensuring seamless logistics. Maintainreal-time inventory accuracy , tracking stock levels and minimizing shortages. Conductcycle counts & inventory reconciliations , resolving discrepancies proactively. Optimizeparts storage & retrieval processes , ensuring efficiency and easy access.Operational & Administrative Support Processpurchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation , ensuring compliance and accuracy. Support vendor & supplier coordination to streamlineparts procurement & pricing strategies . Assist in the management offleet parts & service-related inventory needs , keeping operations running smoothly. Experience:3-5 years in parts support or service within thematerial handlingorforklift industry . (heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive parts is a plus.) Technical Expertise:Deep understanding offorklift systems(electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical), with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
