Provides oversight to Residential Managers in a supportive and positive fashion by planning, coordinating, supporting, and promoting a high-quality atmosphere of individual choice. Maintains regulatory and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.Minimum Education & Experience* Bachelor's degree in human services field recommended plus three (3) years of experience managing managers. Prior OPWDD experience required. QIDP required..Licensure/Certification* Valid NYS Driver's License. Availability of insured personal vehicle to transport self and/or individuals as necessary.
