Role Description The Staff Integration Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of advanced semiconductor processes, package technologies, and systems. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hillsboro, OR. Daily responsibilities include managing integration projects, developing new process flows, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development, and supporting manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and performance. Qualifications Extensive expertise in semiconductor process integration, including device and IC design or packaging technologies.Proficiency in troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving technical issues within semiconductor manufacturing processes.Strong experience with data analysis tools and methodologies for process optimization and yield improvement.Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, R&D, and manufacturing.Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects from concept to implementation.Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.Familiarity with power management solutions, such as Power MOSFET, SiC, and GaN technologies, is highly desirable.Experience in the power semiconductor industry and working knowledge of applications like data centers or automotive electronics would be a plus.
