Additionally, the role involves leading pricing and comparative analyses, developing scalable frameworks, and supporting the team with timely market information. The Head of Data and Research will also be instrumental in creating data-driven content, enhancing the presentation of data, and contributing to the company's position as a leading real estate data source.Applicants for the Head of Data and Research position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in data analytics, research, real estate, finance, or a related field, with a strong preference for those with in-depth knowledge of NYC real estate markets. The role requires a working knowledge of various analytics, modeling, and AI-driven tools, as well as the ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights. A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with excellent execution skills, is essential.
