Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)Compensation: Starting at $350,000 (negotiable) + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation AssistanceJob Type: Full-time, in-person (4x10s preferred; 5x8s option available), NO ON CALL Location: Victorville, CAWe are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, community-focused practice serving a diverse patient population from birth through geriatrics. This opportunity offers strong compensation, schedule flexibility, and robust clinical support in a collaborative outpatient setting.Internal Medicine and Pediatrics-trained candidates are also encouraged to apply. Pediatric coverage is available, and Advanced Practice Providers support pediatric visits when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespanManage acute, chronic, and preventive care needsMaintain an average patient volume of approximately 22 patients per 10-hour dayCollaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers, nursing staff, and care teamsUtilize strong nurse triage and telephone support systemsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health recordDeliver high-quality, patient-centered, culturally competent care
