Strategic Account Executive - Outbound Sales Team

Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally – that’s one million salons and a billion-dollar company.We are seeking a highly motivated and driven sales professional to help grow our already market leading presence in North America and join our Outbound Sales team. You will be a champion for premium salons and communicate the way our product genuinely fuels growth for these clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building Phorest’s reputation in the premium space. You will support the outbound team in hitting the outbound ARR closed pipeline for the region to achieve the commercial plan. You will also support key initiatives/ideas for the outbound function in terms of Salesforce use, demo setup, tooling, structure, etc.What you will doReporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing NA you will be directly responsible for achieving a portion of the Outbound Sales Team targetYou will work off opportunities created by the outbound SDR and BDR team as opposed to getting inbound leads assignedExceed outbound ARR targets on a quarterly, and annual basis.Inform our ABM strategy of gifting, drop-ins and events to help the team plan for execution and deliveryConstantly review and upgrade the Phorest demo to premium salons by tailoring the conversation to suit the needs of the clientHelp to create a team environment that rewards achievement and makes individuals want to come to work each dayPractice customer engagement skills such as negotiation, objection-handling and closing - increasing our Opportunity to Sign up ratioTrack and report on Key Performance Indicators & work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and the Outbound team to own a quarterly plan that drives the region in achieving commercial goalsWork closely with the Marketing team to ensure feedback is given in terms of market trends, needs of the team etc - creating campaigns and actions to maximize any opportunitiesWork with other regions to identify key learnings and practices that can be best adapted Be a champion of internal tool adoption for the team - (Salesforce etc) - driving the right team behaviors and activityWho you areA highly driven and motivated outbound Sales Executive with demonstrable experience of achieving and exceeding sales targets.3+ years of experience in a SaaS Sales team 3+ years of experience in the Hair and Beauty industry is an advantageKnowledge of Salesforce is a distinct advantageBe a team player - you need to enjoy working with people - giving feedback to the sales development reps and business development reps to support the overall outbound effortProactively educate yourself and immerse yourself into the salon industry to bring new insights to our clients Are proactive, rather than reactiveAre passionate about the salon industryHave a growth mindsetAre a multitasker, not afraid to juggle multiple priorities at onceBenefits🧘Phorest currently offers a range of fully employer-paid benefits including Medical, Dental, Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability, an EAP, and wellness perks. 💰Employees also have access to optional extras, such as a 401(k) and a range of upgraded insurance options. 🤓Career development is important to us.
