Learning & Development Internship

Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for this internship, applicants must be full-time students at an accredited college or university and currently classified as a sophomore, junior, or senior. Also, accepting recent graduates (May 2025 or later).Job SummaryThe Ops Education Consultant (OGCI) will work closely with both Learning & Development, as well as Operations stakeholders to support the design of solutions-based learning programs and controls that result in higher quality, more efficient, lower cost delivery of operational skills-based learning. Collaboration, awareness of competency frameworks and instructional design methodologies are vital components to being successful in this role.
