Job SummaryGrandview Medical Center is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Endocrinologist to diagnose, treat, and manage patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of the endocrine system, including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and pituitary conditionsDevelop and manage individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practicesInterpret laboratory results, imaging studies, and diagnostic testsEducate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive careMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededCollaborate with primary care physicians, specialists, nurses, and allied health professionalsMaintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standardsStay current with advancements in endocrinology through continuing medical educationParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research (if applicable)Work Environment & ScheduleOutpatient-focused practice with with shared after hours call coverage (telephone only)Strong primary care network consisting of 50 providersTypical Monday through Friday schedule with dedicated administrative timeAverage Daily Patient Census 18-22 patientsCompensation & Benefits May IncludeCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceIncentive compensation structure based on WRUV productionMedical Education Debt Assistance (if applicable)Residency/Fellowship Stipend (if applicable)Relocation expensesComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insuranceVacation, health, dental, vision benefitsCME, Licensure, Dues, Subscriptions annual allowance providedRetirement plan with employer contribution
