Job Summary The Production MIG Welder is responsible for welding metal components using MIG (GMAW) welding processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on producing high-quality welds while meeting production schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, or stainless steel components according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions Set up welding equipment, including adjusting voltage, amperage, and wire feed speed Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and accuracy Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE Work collaboratively with supervisors, inspectors, and other production team members Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns If you believe you would be a good fit for this position, we encourage you to apply today!
