We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong expertise in ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog. The candidate will be responsible for ServiceNow development, customization, integrations, and platform configuration while following Agile and SDLC practices.Key Skills Required:ServiceNow ITSM development and implementation experienceExperience with workflows, SLAs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLsExperience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, Import Sets, and Update SetsKnowledge of SQL and LDAP queriesUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLCServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) requiredResponsibilities:Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modulesDevelop Service Catalog items, record producers, and custom applicationsBuild integrations with external systemsDevelop workflows, transform maps, and automation solutionsSupport testing phases (unit, integration, UAT)Collaborate with stakeholders and project teamsProvide training and documentation to business usersJ-18808-Ljbffr
