Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Requirements and Technology ExperienceMust have skills: - ADA and HRPrevious experience working in HR Operations or HR Service Center preferredExperience with federal and state disability laws, specifically ADA, LOAs, Employee Relations, Employment Law, Disability case work is desiredAbility to work independently and to identify when to engage othersExcellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detailExcellent listening, verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to maintain confidential informationProficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of accommodation solutions as it pertains to disability-related barriersAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related degree, or equivalent work experienceThree to five years of experience in employee relations or as an HR Generalist or associated HR position, disability management, or equivalent experienceOur client is a leading Financial Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
