Water Resources Engineer

This role offers increasing responsibility, mentorship of junior staff, and direct involvement with clients and communities.What You’ll DoPlan and design public works and capital facilities projects from concept through constructionCollaborate directly with municipal clients, agencies, and stakeholdersManage and mentor junior engineers and design staffCoordinate with contractors and review construction activities for quality and complianceManage project budgets, schedules, and deliverablesApply innovative, community-focused solutions to infrastructure challengesExperience with potable water or wastewater systems is a plus, but not requiredWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering6+ years of professional civil engineering experience, with public works or municipal project exposureProfessional Engineer (PE) license in Washington and Oregon, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hireProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and standard project management toolsStrong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clientsInterest in leadership, mentorship, and long-term career growthWork EnvironmentHybrid schedule availableCandidates must be comfortable commuting to the Vancouver office as needed for collaboration and project demandsCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $110,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience and licensure)Benefits Include:401(k) with employer matchingMedical insurancePaid time off and paid holidaysPerformance-based bonusProfessional development and licensure support
