You'd be working directly with our account managers, sales team, and clients — a little bit of everything from processing policy changes to answering the phone to making sure our files are where they should be.What you'd actually be doing:Helping clients with policy questions, certificates, invoices, and everything in betweenProcessing applications, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claimsKeeping client records clean and current in AMS360Working with account managers and carriers on quotes, endorsements, and follow-upsHelping the sales team put proposals together, gather information and keep their files organizedPitching in wherever the day takes you because small offices mean everyone wears a few hatsWhat we're hoping you bring:Some experience in an insurance agency (we'll teach you what you don't know)A Florida 4-40 license, or willingness to get oneProficient with the usual Microsoft suite of toolsExperience with AMS360 and DocuSign is a plusSolid attention to detail: this job rewards people who notice the small stuffA friendly phone presence and the patience to walk someone through their policyBonus points for any accounting background or Spanish fluencyThe setup:In-office, full-time.
