ESME is a new neighborhood bistro opening soon on Divisadero Street. We will be focusing on seasonal dishes, French-inspired fare, and a thoughtful, European-leaning approach to food. The menu is ingredient-driven and technique-focused, with an emphasis on consistency, simplicity, and execution. We are building our opening kitchen team and are looking for cooks who take pride in their craft and want to be part of something from the ground up. The Role Line cooks at Esme are responsible for executing a tight, detail-driven menu with consistency and care. We aim to build a kitchen that is highly intentional—where the focus is on quality, teamwork, and steady execution.
