Program ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead large and complex task orders supporting enterprise-level systems and modernization initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of project delivery—managing schedules, budgets, and performance—to ensure timely and successful execution of technical solutions. You will collaborate with government contracting officers, task managers, and customer stakeholders to align objectives, drive integration across teams, and ensure mission success.Key responsibilities include:Managing all aspects of large, complex task orders involving enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network modernization.Serving as the primary interface with government and contractor stakeholders, ensuring communication and coordination across all program areas.Ensuring compliance with DoD policies, standards, and cybersecurity frameworks such as RMF and DoD 8140/8570.Developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), risk and issue management plans, staffing plans, and program metrics.Preparing and delivering status reports, performance dashboards, and other documentation in accordance with program management standards.Coordinating horizontal integration across multiple technical teams and ensuring interoperability among systems and applications.Leading technical interchange meetings, program reviews, and in-progress reviews to track progress and resolve issues.Overseeing subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with contract deliverables, SLAs, and performance objectives.Identifying and mitigating risks, tracking program health indicators, and driving timely issue resolution.Supporting resource planning, budget management, and cost control using Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.Required skills include:BA/BS in a technical or managerial disciplinePMP certification required (PgMP or ITIL preferred)At least 10 years of progressive experience managing large-scale federal programs or IT modernization initiativesStrong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, program lifecycle management, and cybersecurity compliance frameworksProven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams in complex, secure environmentsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Active DoD Secret clearance
