Quality Assurance Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Lead quality assurance efforts for mission-critical applications supporting U.S. Navy maintenance and readiness. Establish and maintain QA processes throughout the entire system development lifecycle (SDLC). Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and procedures. Conduct various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for resolution. Ensure systems meet stringent DoD, Navy, and NAVSEA quality standards and compliance requirements.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing. Proven experience establishing and maintaining QA processes across the system lifecycle. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures. Experience supporting testing across complex, integrated systems and multiple environments. Proficiency with defect tracking tools and test management frameworks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to support DoD/Navy programs.
