Assistant Client Advisor supporting the sales team to deliver an elevated luxury client experience through product expertise, client communication, transaction support, and operational assistance at the Madison Avenue store.
Responsibilities
Facilitate the sales process and provide exceptional hospitality to clients.
Support sales team with product knowledge and sales assistance.
Build and maintain client relationships via email, notes, phone calls, and clienteling app.
Record and update client information in CRM to support future sales.
Promote new products through personalized outreach to clients.
Assist with visual merchandising and maintenance of store displays.
Collaborate with management to replenish and maintain merchandise.
Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and digital tools.
Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
