Requires previous leasing or property management experience. Contract-to-hire, M-F schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesTo greet prospects, give tours, and explain community featuresTo process applications, verify information, and prepare leasing documentsTo manage leads and update records in property management softwareTo handle resident inquiries and support customer service needsTo assist with renewals, marketing, and daily office operationsRequired SkillsBilingual English/SpanishApartment leasing or property management experienceAbility to use leasing/property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, etc.)Strong customer service, communication, and sales skillsAttention to detail in paperwork and documentationReliability Monday-Friday, 9-5:30Knowledge of Fair HousingExperience with CRM systems or lead managementBackground in multifamily or customer-facing rolesAbout BGSFYou will be employed by BGSF, a staffing agency, and placed on assignment at an apartment community in Kansas City.
