Join us as we continue building a unified, global therapy organization dedicated to empowering children and families.Job Summary/OverviewThis position primarily serves as a substitute RBT when scheduled technicians are unavailable due to staff cancellations. When substitute coverage is not needed, the RBT will provide general clinic support to help ensure smooth daily operations and a high-quality clinical environment.Reporting StructureReports to Clinic Manager (BCBA), Supervising BCBA, and/or Director of Clinical ServicesResponsibilities And Duties Floating / Substitute CoverageSteps in as a substitute RBT for scheduled sessions when other technicians are unavailableAdapts quickly to working with different clients, programs, and clinical teamsMaintains consistency and professionalism across casesMay be assigned a temporary caseload when a client is waiting to be assigned a permanent behavior technicianGeneral Clinic Support (when not assigned to direct therapy)Supports clinicians and supervisors with non-clinical tasks as appropriate (e.g., administrative support, assist with clinic organization, preparation of therapy materials, cleaning/sanitizing workspaces, etc.)Provides support system/peer mentorship to new staff (e.g., help them find things they need, guide them to who they need to talk to about anything, general check ins, etc.) Observes sessions or assist with training activities as neededMaintains a professional, therapeutic, and safe environment for clientsDelivers therapy services aligned with competency-based evaluations.Abides by the policies outlined in the A.G.E.S. Learning Solutions, LLC’s Employee Handbook. QualificationsQualifications & Skills:Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificationHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)Previous experience providing ABA therapy across multiple clientsStrong flexibility, adaptability, and time management skillsAbility to follow clinical direction and work collaboratively with a teamReliable attendance and availability for a minimum of 25 hours per weekTravel and Transportation: Ability to travel to multiple work sites and client homes, with reliable transportation required.Safety and Health: Must pass health screenings, including TB testing, and obtain required vaccination (if requested)Background Check: Must clear criminal record checks and Child Abuse Registry checkPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the clinicMust be comfortable spending significant time on their feet.Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds if requiredAbility to engage in active play and therapy activities with clientsWork EnvironmentThis role is a minimum of 25 hours per week and is ideal for an RBT who enjoys variety, teamwork, and supporting both clients and clinical staff.Primary location is clinic-based, but may include sessions in homes/daycares/schools as neededSchedule may vary depending on client and staffing needsConsistent availability during clinic operating hours (e.g., Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm) is requiredEqual Employment OpportunityProficio Therapy Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer committed to building a team that represents the racial, ethnic and linguistic needs of our clients.
