Client Service Associate, Wealth Management & Insurance SupportLocation: Melville, NY | In OfficeSchedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday in the office, with occasional work-from-home flexibilityCompensation: $80,000 to $95,000 base salary, depending on experience | Bonus potential | Profit sharing eligibilityAbout the RoleOur client, a growing wealth advisory firm, is hiring a detail-oriented and service-minded Client Service Associate to support day-to-day investment account servicing, client service operations, annuity processing, and life insurance underwriting and servicing. This role is ideal for an experienced wealth management client service professional who can step in with strong operational judgment, manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, and keep complex client, advisor, insurance, and internal workflows moving with accuracy and follow-through.This is a strong long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow within a collaborative financial services firm and be part of a team that takes a coordinated, relationship-first approach to serving clients.What You’ll DoSupport investment account openings, account maintenance, ACAT transfers, money movement requests, and other service itemsSupport the life insurance underwriting process, including applications, medical exam coordination, APS requests, carrier follow-up, and policy issuance stepsPrepare, review, and process client paperwork for new accounts, account updates, annuities, insurance, and ongoing servicing needsCoordinate with custodians, broker-dealer partners, insurance carriers, vendors, advisors, and internal team members to keep client work moving forwardTrack open service items, outstanding paperwork, underwriting requirements, and next steps to ensure timely follow-throughMaintain accurate and organized client records, documentation, and account-related filesAssist with the preparation of client meeting materials and provide administrative and operational support to advisorsServe as a professional point of contact for client service questions related to investment accounts, annuities, insurance, and paperworkHelp improve internal workflows, tracking systems, and service processes as the firm continues to growOver time, support additional operational workflows related to retirement plans, pensions, and broader planning needs as the role evolvesWhat We’re Looking For4+ years of hands-on experience in wealth management operations, client service, investment account support, insurance/annuity processing, or a similar financial services support roleStrong working knowledge of investment account servicing, client documentation, custodial processes, transfers, money movement, and account maintenance workflowsExposure to life insurance underwriting, annuity processing, or insurance carrier workflows is strongly preferredHigh-capacity multitasker who can manage competing priorities, track details carefully, and adapt as client, advisor, and team needs shiftStrong intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and ability to quickly understand processes, systems, and client workflowsProfessional, warm, and polished communication style with clients, advisors, and other stakeholdersTeam-oriented, highly responsive, and comfortable operating in an information-rich environment where details and follow-through matterInterest in building a long-term career within wealth management, insurance, and financial planningExperience with Cetera, Redtail CRM, Black Diamond, custodial platforms, broker-dealer systems, or similar wealth management technology is a strong plusBachelor’s degree strongly preferred; will consider candidates with strong relevant experienceLife & Health insurance license is a plus, or a willingness to obtain after hireInvestment licenses are not required; candidates with active licenses or an interest in pursuing investment licensing over time are welcome.Why This RoleStable, full-time opportunity with a growing RIA and broker-dealer affiliated firm managing more than $375 million in AUMMeaningful exposure to investment and insurance operations, advisor support, and high-touch client serviceCollaborative team environment with mentorship from experienced professionalsCompetitive compensation with annual bonus potential and profit-sharing eligibilityMedical benefits, 401(k) with employer match, generous PTO, and summer Fridays
