Our experts analyze crashes, roadway conditions, traffic operations and human factors to help clients understand what happened and why. We focus on delivering clear, reliable analysis and maintaining strong communication throughout every stage of a case.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and self-directed Case Administrator to support case management operations for our expert team. This role is integral to the coordination of case activities, ensuring accurate documentation, seamless communication, and timely execution of deliverables.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, accuracy-focused environment and is comfortable leveraging technology to streamline workflows and support multiple experts.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up new cases, initiate contracts, and gather case dataCoordinate case timelines, deadlines, and deliverables (reports, depositions, trial dates)Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and consistencyServe as point of contact for attorneys, paralegals, clients, and experts regarding case status and requestsManage and coordinate multiple expert calendarsReview and summarize depositions and case materialsAssist with report preparation, formatting, and technical editingAttend and participate in monthly staff meetings and bi-monthly business development meetingsCollaborate with the team to improve internal processes and support marketing and business development effortsQualifications2+ years of experience in administrative or case management roleStrong technical editing and proofreading skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office, adaptable to evolving technology toolsWork Environment & ExpectationsFull-time, in-office position located in College Station, TexasCollaborative, team-oriented environmentAbility to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven settingCompensation & BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary and benefits that include comprehensive employer-paid health insurance, a generous and flexible PTO program (in addition to parental leave), and an outstanding retirement program.The base salary plus retirement range for this position (determined by the candidate’s experience) is $56,000 to $68,000.We also recognize the performance of all staff through a performance bonus program based upon the individual’s contributions to key areas that lead to the achievement of our collective goals.
