Account Supervisor
About the RoleThe Account Supervisor will work directly with our client to coordinate local marketing projects. They will be the liaison between the client and coordinate client goals and timelines with the account team and creative team.About UsTukaiz is a family-owned marketing company founded in 1963. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies and large nation-wide brands. The marketing materials we design, produce and install are seen in restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, offices, and live events.Responsibilities:Strong marketing strategy capabilities in order to consistently think ahead of our clients, identifying opportunities to build their brand and their business, and realize new opportunities for the agency.Oversee day-to-day client management, project management and client communicationsProactively lead development of field outreach and campaign management with clientSupport account health and growth by building relationships and identifying local marketing opportunitiesSupport the team on client strategy and results optimizationSupport account team to build client presentations, identify competitive insights, and ad hoc client requestsFoster a positive, productive and collaborative work environmentRequirements:5+ year of Field Marketing or Local Marketing Agency experience supporting retail or restaurant brandsStrong proactive project management and organization skillsStrong attention to detail, highly organized and able to handle a face-paced environmentStrong work ethic and ability to work flexible hours as needed at timesSelf-motivated and strong problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft 365Up to 10% travel
