Maintenance Technician

Job Description We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Mechanic to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production operation — keeping our equipment running smoothly, responding quickly to mechanical issues, and ensuring our team can hit its goals every day. If you take pride in your craft and want to work somewhere your expertise is truly valued, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesSet up and configure production machinery to meet operational requirements and quality standards.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to minimize downtime and keep the line running.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all mechanical equipment throughout the facility.Partner with production teams to maintain output quality and identify potential issues before they become problems.Document maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status to support continuous improvement.Required Qualifications3–5 years of hands-on maintenance mechanic experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production line operations.Demonstrated experience with pneumatics and PLC logic — you know your way around a control system.Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for something to break; you’re already thinking two steps ahead.Preferred QualificationsElectrical experience is a strong plus — candidates with multi-craft skills are highly encouraged to apply.Company DescriptionProvide is a full-service staffing firm specializing in Manufacturing, Construction, Energy, and Engineering.
