Join us!Responsibilities:Perform patient outreach to conduct patient enrollment, benefits coordination, financial assistance assessment, insurance verification and arrange deliveryProvide patient care to accurately support pharma programs and triage to a pharmacist when requiredPlace outbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors and insurersDocument all call information and data discovery according to operating proceduresUtilize proper escalation channels to meet patient needs & resolve open issuesResearch required information using available resourcesMaintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary informationPerform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal lawsWork collaboratively and cross-functionally between management, the Missouri-based pharmacy, compliance and engineeringRequirements:High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferredCustomer service or inbound call center experience required (1-2+ years at minimum)Appropriate industry experience is necessaryStrong verbal and written communication skillsSound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focusA passion for providing top-notch patient careAbility to work with peers in a team effort and cross-functionallyStrong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new softwareMust hold an active Pharmacy Technician license OR Pharmacy Technician in Training License in the state of Idaho, registered with the Idaho Board of PharmacyHours/Location:Hours/Location:Shift: 3 available Shift OptionsRotating shifts, 40 hours/week between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM MST, Monday - Friday OR10 AM - 6 PM MST, Monday - Friday (Fixed Shift) OR11 AM - 7 PM MST, Monday - Friday (Fixed Shift)All shifts require 1 Saturday shift, every 4 weeks of 7 AM - 3 PM MST* Onsite full time position in BoisePerks:Health Benefits, 401 KHoliday payOvertime eligibleCasual dress codeFree SnacksFree Parking#blinkindeedWhy Join Us:It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.
