Junior Optimization Advisor

Our client is seeking a Junior Optimization Advisor to support digital optimization and experimentation initiatives. This role plays a key part in planning, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests that enhance digital member experiences and drive business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the execution of digital testing initiatives from concept through deployment and analysis.Support the creation of testing artifacts, documentation, and reporting materials.Partner with business stakeholders and team members to understand testing objectives and requirements.Help analyze test performance, interpret data, and summarize insights for internal stakeholders.Utilize digital testing tools to set up, monitor, and document experiments.Required SkillsFoundational experience or exposure to digital testing, experimentation, or optimization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Role is onsite in San Antonio 4-5 days a week and candidates must reside in San Antonio. Relocation is not offered.
