We specialize in HVAC system installations, repairs, and maintenance, with the majority of our work focused on commercial projects.As a certified HUB, MBE, WBE, and SBE business, RHS AC Services is well-positioned to support both public and private sector projects while delivering honest pricing, quality craftsmanship, and long-term value through trust, transparency, and reliable service.Opportunity OverviewRHS AC Services is seeking an Independent Business Development Partner to help expand our commercial and residential HVAC client base across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals with existing relationships in property management, construction, real estate, or other commercial sectors.The ideal partner is self-motivated, understands how to identify opportunities, and is confident in building client relationships that lead to closed deals.You will be responsible for sourcing opportunities, presenting HVAC solutions, and working with our operations team to ensure successful project delivery.RHS AC Services provides the operational support, licensing, and execution team required to successfully deliver on all secured projects.CompensationThis is a performance-based, commission-only role with strong earning potential.Partners will receive a percentage of each project secured, with higher earnings tied directly to deal size and volume.This opportunity is best suited for individuals who can generate their own leads and are focused on building a scalable income stream through business development.This role is best suited for individuals with an existing network or the ability to consistently generate new business opportunities.Qualifications• Existing relationships in property management, construction, real estate, or commercial services preferred• Proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset• Basic understanding of HVAC services is a plus, but not required• Must be able to work independently and manage their own pipelineThis opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to align with a growing company and build long-term income through performance and partnership.
