That collaboration is what allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality repairs.We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator who can operate confidently in both customer service and front-end estimating , supporting customers while helping the shop perform at a high level.Role Overview This is a dual-role position combining customer-facing responsibilities with front-end estimating and file preparation . You'll play a key role in how customers experience the repair process and how smoothly vehicles transition into production.What You'll Do Greet customers and manage vehicle drop-offs and pickupsCommunicate repair status updates clearly and professionallyWrite accurate front-end estimates using CCC OneExplain the repair process and expectations to customersCollect photos, documentation, and authorizationsAssist with scheduling, rentals, and basic insurance coordinationEnsure files are clean, complete, and ready for teardown and productionCoordinate closely with estimators, parts, and production staffMaintain a professional, organized front office environmentWhat We're Looking For This role requires organization, communication skills, and comfort working in a production-focused shop environment.Prior CSR and/or front-end estimating experience in a collision repair shop preferredComfortable working in CCC OneStrong customer communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and dependableTeam-oriented mindset with pride in follow-throughI-CAR Gold Class shop experience preferredI-CAR Platinum certification valued but not requiredWhat Success Looks Like Here Customers feel informed, supported, and confidentEstimates are accurate and well-documentedFiles move cleanly into production with fewer delaysStrong collaboration between front office and productionThe shop runs smoother because expectations are set correctlyCompensation — Team-Based & Performance Driven This role combines a stable base salary with performance-based upside , aligned to overall shop success.Base Salary: Competitive, based on experienceIncentive Compensation:Participation in a shared front-office incentive pool (CSR component)Estimator commission tied to delivered shop revenue (front-end estimating component)Estimator Commission Structure (Delivered Revenue) 0% on delivered revenue up to $225,0002% on delivered revenue from $225,001 – $300,0003% on delivered revenue from $300,001 – $375,0004% on delivered revenue over $375,000Incentives are based on delivered vehicles , not written or approved estimates.This structure rewards accuracy, teamwork, and throughput — not sales pressure.Earning Potential Consistent performers typically earn $85k–$100k annuallyStrong performers earn $100k–$115k+ annuallyTop performers contributing to high monthly delivery volume earn $125k+ annually
