We're looking for a Printing/Press Operator to assist in the production of custom apparel using multi-color screen printing presses. This is a hands-on, team-based role that requires attention to detail, consistent pace, and strong communication. Perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands and being part of a collaborative production environment. • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM • Pay: $15/hour Potential Temp-to-HireResponsibilities:Operate automated T-shirt screen printing press with a partner Remove printed T-shirts and place them onto the dryer belt Load new blank shirts onto the machine quickly and consistently Monitor the print process to ensure accurate color and ink coverage Maintain a clean and organized workstation Communicate with team members to resolve issues or ensure proper workflow Qualifications:Reliability - consistent attendance and punctuality are essential Teamwork - ability to work closely with a partner and follow direction Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks Ability to work at a steady, productive pace Apply today!
