As long as the jobs get done, you set the pace.What You'll Get:$28-$33/hr depending on experienceMedical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance (eligible after 30 days)Paid vacation (eligible after 6 months)401(k) with 5% employer match (eligible after 1 year)Company van and fuelCompany phoneTools, parts, and inventory providedFlexibility to organize your own scheduleWhat You'll Be Doing:General plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC repairs across our restaurant locationsInspecting equipment to catch problems before they turn into bigger onesPreventive maintenance on refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsReading blueprints and building plans to figure out the right fixBringing in outside contractors when a job needs specialized workLight facility cleaning and keeping your van stocked with suppliesPlanning your route and prioritizing your work each dayWho We're Looking For:You can run your own day without someone looking over your shoulder. You take pride in catching things before they break. You communicate when something's off, and you don't disappear when the work gets harder.Beyond that:High school diploma or GEDHVAC and Refrigeration certification (required), plus 5+ years of hands-on HVAC/refrigeration experienceComfortable with hand tools and power toolsAble to read blueprints, building plans, and repair manualsValid driver's license with a clean recordPhysically able to stand and walk for long stretches, climb ladders, bend, crawl into tight spaces, and lift 50 lbsIf you don't check every single box, but you've done this kind of work and you'd be a good fit, apply anyway.
