Overview
In this role you will support and improve the OTA software delivery stack for a constellation of satellites and ground assets. You will work with Space Operations to ensure high‑reliability, automated software updates and incident response across manufacturing, ground labs, and in orbit. You’ll build tools and automation to streamline processes and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver mission‑critical functionality. This is a chance to impact customers directly by enabling robust satellite software delivery at scale.

ResponsibilitiesSupport OTA procedures for space operations and ensure high quality code in new releasesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production software issues across satellites and ground systemsDevelop tools, automation, and monitoring solutions to improve operational excellencePerform software maintenance and configuration updates; implement fixes for internally developed code (Python/Go)Update, track, and resolve technical challenges across multiple products/features/servicesExecute software update procedures on satellites during manufacturing, in ground labs, and in orbitRoot cause triage and coordinate with Development, Product, and Support teams
