As a recognized industry leader in contingent workforce solutions and Certified as a Great Place to Work, we're proud to partner with some of the most admired Fortune 500 brands in the world.Project Specialist 3 Location: Pomona, CA 91768 (Hybrid) Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (3days onsite per week) Contract Duration: 12 + possible extension to 18 months Pay Rate: $40.41/hr on W2Overview This role focuses on scheduling and managing 100-150 Substation Programs projects (each under $25M) with moderate complexity. You'll document delays for time impact analysis, develop and integrate schedules, and drive project execution through expert use of project controls.Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Develop master integrated schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and earned value calculations. • Incorporate existing schedules into projects and perform variance analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring. • Identify trends, assess performance against targets, and maintain project plans. • Collaborate across teams, contractors, and groups to establish objectives, timelines, risk analysis, milestones, and deliverables. • Directly support project execution by spotting issues, proposing solutions, and driving resolutions (escalate to PM as needed). • Gather data from multiple stakeholders; strong communication skills required. • Travel to job sites as needed (typicallyRequired Skills & Qualifications • 7+ years in scheduling and capital projects/construction. • Proficient in Primavera P6; experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Visio) and SAP. • Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, construction management, business, finance, project management—or equivalent combination of education/training/experience.Desired Skills & Experience • Utility industry experience (substation utility a plus). • Construction management background preferred.know more about current opportunities at LeadStack , please visit us on https://leadstackinc.com/careers/ Should you have any questions, feel free to call me on (513) 3184502 or send an email on waseem.ahmad@leadstackinc.com
