As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Part-Time Gardener who shares our passion for keeping our grounds clean and beautiful for our customers and employees to enjoy alike. Role and ResponsibilitiesMonitor plant health and overall appearance in ornamental beds and bordersPerform routine garden care, including but not limited to planting, transplanting, fertilizing, watering, staking, and seasonal upkeepMaintain and troubleshoot basic irrigation systemsAssist with or lead new garden design and planting projectsPrune, shear, and maintain shrubs, perennials, and other plantingsManage weeding, mulching, and composting activitiesTravel between multiple restaurant locations to maintain landscape standardsOperate landscape maintenance equipment, including but not limited to power tools, hedgers, weed trimmers, backpack blowers, and hand toolsAll other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to manage time effectively and work independentlySelf-starter with a strong work ethicAbility to work well as part of a teamStrong attention to detailProven customer service skillsAbility to read and understand simple instructions in EnglishPreferred QualificationsPrevious gardening or landscape maintenance experienceExperience with garden design or plant layoutBasic knowledge of irrigation systemsExperience with hardscapingWork Environment & Physical RequirementsWork is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions, including rain, heat, and coldProlonged periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and liftingMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularlyRequires physical labor, including digging, planting, and moving materialsRegular use of landscape equipment and power tools; noise levels may be moderate to highTravel between multiple job sites is requiredBenefits Based on EligibilityHealthDentalVisionLifeVacationSick payPaid meal while on shift401(k)$22-$26 per hourCompensation details: 22-26 Hourly WagePI361dcc1f5046-26289-40292871
