Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overall maintenance of the ACS building and shop. Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections, lubrication, and servicing of equipment as scheduled.Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues quickly to minimize downtime.Install, assemble, and set up new machinery and production lines.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.Adhere to all facility safety protocols, OSHA standards, and lockout/tagout procedures.Must be able to proficiently read a ruler. Assist in office and cubical moves. Ability to perform yardwork such as mowing, weeding, and snow shoveling.Other duties as assigned.Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required.Minimum of 1 year working in a maintenance position. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Must have working knowledge of both mechanical and electrical principles.Technical SkillsMust be able to use basic tools such as a drill.  Work Environment Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting for long periods of time. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
