A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Mortgage Processor.
Key Responsibilities
Process mortgage loans from approved status through closing while maintaining communication with all parties involved
Enter new loan data, prepare initial disclosures, and monitor incoming documentation for accurate file tracking
Coordinate with the Closing Department and manage an active pipeline of loans
Required Qualifications
Mortgage processing experience
Experience handling files from approved status through closing
Experience with Conventional, Bond, FHA, Non-QM, and VA loans
Proficiency in Encompass
Spanish-speaking ability for day-to-day communication
