We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. Licensed technicians are preferred, but we are also open to training the right candidate with no prior pest control experience or license.Pay & Benefits- Pay is based on production which averages to around $18-22/hr, with opportunities to earn additional pay- Opportunities for increased compensation based on performance- Company vehicle and gas card provided for business use- Paid training and assistance with state licensing- Full-time position with growth opportunities within the companyJob DescriptionAs a Pest Control Technician, you will inspect and perform pest control treatments for residential and commercial customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products. Technicians are expected to follow a daily service schedule while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional appearance.Responsibilities Include:- Follow a daily route and arrive to appointments on time- Inspect properties and perform pest control treatments- Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and coworkers- Maintain accurate service records and notes- Operate company vehicle safely and responsibly- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrityQualifications- Pest control license preferred, but not required- Strong communication and customer service skills- Self-motivated and able to work independently- Clean and professional appearance- Valid driver’s license required- Must be able to pass a drug test- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions- Saturday availability may be requiredPay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourWork Location: In person – Spring, TXJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
