Network Engineer

This role requires strong technical expertise in routing, switching, wireless networking, security, and network operations, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and support critical business infrastructure.The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional with experience managing modern network environments, supporting multi-site connectivity, and maintaining secure, high-performing network operations.How You Will ContributeConfigure, deploy, monitor, and support enterprise network infrastructure in both on-premise and cloud environmentsManage and maintain LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, and firewall technologiesImplement and support routing protocols including Static Routing, OSPF, and BGPConfigure and troubleshoot switching technologies (VLANs, spanning tree) and secure wireless networking deploymentsSupport core network services including DHCP, DNS, IP addressing / subnetting, and network segmentationConfigure and maintain secure remote access solutions including site-to-site IPSEC, SSL VPN and ZTNA technologiesAdminister and support network platforms and solutions including Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco solutionsMonitor network performance, availability, and capacity using enterprise monitoring tools including SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, NetBox, and ZabbixPerform proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network performance and connectivity issuesCollaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to support business and technical initiativesDocument network configurations, diagrams, standards, and operational proceduresParticipate in network upgrades, migrations, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery activitiesLicenses & CertificationsIndustry certifications such as Network+, CCNA, CCNP, NSE, PCNSE, or equivalentExperience with SD-WAN and VPN technologiesExperience supporting Azure and/or AWS cloud networkingFamiliarity with network automation and scriptingExperience working in enterprise or managed services environmentsSkills & Experience To Be SuccessfulBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience3+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure environmentsStrong understanding of networking fundamentals including:Routing (Static Routing, OSPF, BGP)SwitchingWireless networkingSubnetting and IP addressingDHCP and DNSIPSEC, SSL VPN, and ZTNA technologiesHands-on experience with:Cisco networking solutionsMeraki platformsFortinet firewalls and security appliancesPalo Alto firewallsExperience with cloud networking concepts and hybrid infrastructure environmentsExperience using network monitoring and management tools such as:SolarWindsLogicMonitorNetBoxZabbixStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environmentTeammate Benefits & Total Well-BeingWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:Health Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance Financial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement Mental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy ServicesBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.
