This role combines active supervision with hands-on leadership to maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests and team members alike.This position may require flexible scheduling availabilityRequirementsJob Requirements:Supervise daily lifeguard operations at the pool, lazy river, and waterslidesEnsure lifeguards are properly positioned, alert, and following all safety protocolsEnforce aquatic safety rules and respond to emergencies as neededConduct routine inspections to ensure all safety and rescue equipment is present, accessible, and in working orderMaintain clean, safe, and sanitary aquatic areasAssist with training, scheduling, and coaching lifeguard staffDocument incidents and communicate safety concerns to managementProvide friendly, professional guest interaction while upholding resort safety standardsJob QualificationsLifeguard certification requiredMust be 18 years of age or olderMust have the flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hoursAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsBasic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internetStrong communication and organizational skillsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
