Our restaurant leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. Our leader's main focuses are to cultivate an environment that excels in effectively running the restaurant as well as coaching/developing team members.
