Immediate LVN Dosing Nurse Position

*Overview* We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. As an LVN, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients' health and well-being. *Duties* - Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. - Conduct assessments and monitor patients’ vital signs, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse. - Carry out triage responsibilities to prioritize patient care based on urgency. - Document patient information accurately in medical records and maintain confidentiality. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Support behavioral health initiatives by recognizing mental health needs and providing appropriate interventions. - Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care. *Qualifications* - Current state licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). - Strong understanding of medical office procedures and practices. - Familiarity with triage processes, diagnostic evaluations, and behavioral health principles. - Proficient in anatomy knowledge relevant to nursing practices. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating excellent communication skills. - Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical nursing standards.
