General DescriptionTS/SCI Clearance Required ACES has an open position for a Cyber Workforce Strategy and Human Capital Expert to support the Department of War Chief Information Officer (DoW CIO) Workforce Innovation Directorate (WID) on a new five-year contract. This role focuses on development and implementation of cyber workforce policy, strategy, and talent management initiatives aligned with the DoW Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) and Cyber Excepted Service (CES). This role requires deep experience in human capital management, workforce policy, and talent development within the DoD or federal environment. The candidate will work across stakeholders to improve recruitment, retention, training, and professional development of the cyber workforce.
