Personal Lines Support Specialist

WalkerHughes Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Support Specialist to provide high-quality service to clients while supporting Personal Lines Account Managers. This role focuses on handling customer requests, processing policy changes, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & SupportRespond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional mannerAssist customers with policy servicing needs, including endorsements, billing, and claims supportAnswer incoming calls and route inquiries to appropriate team members when neededPolicy Processing & AdministrationPrepare and process policies, renewals, endorsements, applications, and related documentationMaintain accurate client records and follow-up activities within agency systemsReview and complete follow-up tasks to ensure requests are resolved efficiently and accuratelyTeam & Operational SupportSupport Personal Lines Account Managers with assigned tasks and service needsEnsure compliance with company procedures to reduce errors and omissionsAssist with additional administrative or operational duties as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredActive Property & Casualty (P&C) License required2+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience preferredStrong understanding of personal lines coverage and industry practicesDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and agency systemsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently
