Handyman / Repair technician

Key Responsibilities: Perform general handyman tasks including but not limited to minor repairs, installations, and maintenance. Assist with roofing and exterior projects as needed. Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and safety. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of general home repair and maintenance tasks. Familiarity with roofing and exterior home improvement. Ability to use power tools/ ladders safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently or part of a team.
