Whether you’re just starting your career or already certified, you’ll be part of a supportive team that prioritizes hands-on training, individualized support, and professional growth.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDeliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home, school, community, or clinic settingImplement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBAUse play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skillsCollect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systemsParticipate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainingsCommunicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team membersMaintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all timesSupport a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environmentQualificationsRequired: RBT Certification or availability to complete 14 day trainingPosition RequirementsMust pass a background checkConsistent availability Monday-Friday preferredMinimum of 15 direct billable service hours per weekCommitment to punctuality, professionalism, and ethical standardsWorking ConditionsSessions take place in home, school, community, and clinical environmentsPhysical engagement such as bending, lifting, and floor activities may be requiredWork environment and daily schedule may vary based on client needshttps://www.carelinksaba.com/privacy-policyhttps://www.carelinksaba.com/terms-of-servicesWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
